Future Yogi

Last night I did Bikram yoga for the first time! For those that my not know what that is, it is "hot yoga." The room is heated to 105 degrees as you complete each pose. The class was definitely challenging, but I know that my body has the ability to become more flexible. You just have to have the desire and willingness to have a better quality of life. At first I thought I was going to die of dehydration, but after completing the class my body felt so much better and I was happy that I was able to complete the challenge! Bikram yoga will sweat out the toxins in your body and will enhance the mind and body as you focus on stillness, self-control, and stretching each part of the body. With determination you can do anything. I am looking forward to the next class.
